What does it cost to get started and how do you sign up?

To be a ZYIA Active Rep, you must purchase a Starter Kit. The kit costs $395 (USD) or $553 (CAD) and includes (5) staple items, plus a $200 Gift Card to purchase the ZYIA items you love most!

Do reps get a discount on products?

Yes — all reps get 25% off ZYIA products.

Do reps have to carry inventory?

No — ZYIA Active reps are not required to stock any inventory. All sales are shipped directly from our corporate warehouse, based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Is this a MLM company?

Yes — ZYIA Active uses a multi-level marketing strategy.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship product within the United States and across Canada.

How much is shipping and how is it determined?

Where is ZYIA Active apparel manufactured?

Although ZYIA does some manufacturing in the US, the majority our apparel is made in China. ZYIA holds the highest importance on making sure that any factory we work with abide to the strictest rules and regulations in terms of environmental safety as well as working conditions for employees. ZYIA has a team who personally visit each of our factories at different times during the year for quality inspections - ensuring business practices are in compliance and adhering to required labor practices and conditions. There are many different certificates that we require of our factories, but these are a few of the most important prerequisites:

DAS Certification
BSCI

In addition to this, we are constantly looking for different ways to use sustainable materials, such as bamboo, in the apparel that we produce. A number or our pieces currently use sustainable fabrics and our promise as a company is to continue to improve in this area more and more as we move forward. Our goal is to continually help the environment and will continue working tirelessly to ensure that goal is always a priority within ZYIA Active.
